Canberra recruit Jonathon Spina is set to miss the next month of NEAFL action after suffering a hamstring injury.

The defender suffered a significant tear high in his right hamstring in Saturday afternoon's win against the Gold Coast SUNS, ruling him out for the next month.
Spina, 24, lasted just 22 minutes in his NEAFL debut against the SUNS before breaking down and being ruled out of the match.
“It’s very frustrating for Jono given the preparation he has had,” Canberra General Manager of Football Shaun Young said.
“At this stage we expect that he will miss the next 3-4 weeks.”
Canberra will look to continue their unbeaten start to the 2019 NEAFL season when they travel to Redland this weekend.
