Canberra are set to face the NT Thunder in Darwin following the bye, here’s who could come in for the clash.
Riley Budd
Riley injured his foot against GWS and missed one game. He seems to be recovering well and we are hopeful that he will be right to return for the game against NT Thunder.

Billy Clark
Billy has missed the last two weeks due to a delayed concussion after Round 2. With having the last two weeks off he needs to clock up some game time and training hours before he puts his hand up for selection again.
Isaac Taylor
Isaac missed a lot of the pre-season due to injury so he has been a bit behind with his fitness. He has been slowly building that up in AFL Canberra with some dominant games and is not far off NEAFL selection.
Jack Adamson
Jack has been very close to selection over the last couple of weeks with some great performances for Tuggeranong. He is still quite young and we want him to continue to build consistency in his game.
Riley Corbett
Riley injured his knee a couple of weeks before Round 1. This was unfortunate for Riley as he was on track to play in the season opener. He has been slowly building his confidence and fitness back with some strong performances in AFL Canberra. He will come into strong consideration over the next few rounds.
Luke Jamieson
With four AFL games now under his belt Luke is showing some great signs and is a quick learner. Since being dropped from NEAFL after Round 2 Luke has had some strong games for Gungahlin with best on grounds performances. As Luke continues to develop his understanding of the game he will be in the mix for selection.
Max Beaumont
Max is a late inclusion into our program after initially starting the season with the Giants Academy. He is developing into a good inside midfielder. For him to be able to compete at NEAFL level Max needs to build his fitness and strength.
Matt Hambleton
Matt is still very young at 17. Being his first year at NEAFL level we are pleased with the development he has had. He is a great running player and provides good pressure. He showed some good signs in the pre season but will take time to develop strength in his body.
Liam Lupton
Liam was injured in our practice game and has been slowly building confidence in AFL Canberra. He has a lot of talent and will add something to the team with his speed. He needs to build consistency at AFL Canberra level to be considered for selection.
